AI Strategy and Use-Case Discovery
Find the workflows where AI can create useful, measurable lift—and the ones where it should not be forced.
Services / AI
AI is most useful when it fits the work. BCI-IT helps you identify the parts worth changing, build the right capability, and put it into operation with the controls your organization needs.
Start with the part that matters most now. Add more when the results and operating model make the next step clear.
What we do
01
Find the workflows where AI can create useful, measurable lift—and the ones where it should not be forced.
02
Make the right information available, connected, governed, and usable by the teams and systems that need it.
03
Build chatbots, copilots, knowledge assistants, and agent workflows that fit the way people already work.
04
Deliver conversational and agentic AI that understands natural-language requests, applies institutional policies and rules, and can complete workflows across digital channels.
05
Turn documents, forms, and repetitive decisions into structured work with human review where it matters.
06
Choose models based on the job, test them against real requirements, and put sensible controls around their use.
07
Move from an interesting prototype to a service that can be deployed, observed, maintained, and improved.
08
Give your people the patterns, practical fluency, and confidence to adopt AI responsibly.
AI delivery services
We design, build, and deliver conversational and agentic AI that understands natural-language member and customer requests, applies the institution’s own policies and rules, and can complete requests end to end across digital channels.
We use banking-grade conversational AI from Kasisto, part of Backbase, or another approach when that fits better. Our engineers integrate it with the core systems the institution already runs and deliver the capability into production.

PLATFORM EXPERIENCE
We are capable in Backbase, Kasisto’s banking-grade conversational AI, AWS, and Microsoft Azure, and we choose them where they fit the client’s environment. Where a partner platform is the right answer, we implement it; where it is not, we say so and build something else.

Who this is for
Banks, credit unions, financial institutions, public sector organizations, and enterprise teams ready to make AI useful in the real work.
A modular path to adoption
Start with one piece, or the whole program. Begin with a single use case, embed our specialists inside your existing team, or hand us the full build from discovery through deployment. You do not have to buy every capability from BCI-IT for the work to be valuable.
Questions about making AI useful
Yes. A single well-chosen use case is often the best way to learn what your data, workflow, and governance need before expanding.
No. AI adoption should fit the parts of your operation where it makes sense. We can contribute one discrete capability, embed with your team, or lead the full program.
Yes. We can work alongside your product, engineering, data, risk, and operations teams with clear ownership and handoffs.
We start with the data flows, access boundaries, retention needs, and compliance obligations that shape a safe design, then select the right architecture and controls.
Cost follows the use case, data readiness, team shape, and delivery phase. We size the work around the outcome and make each phase and assumption clear.
No. We are deliberately independent. We implement and integrate the platforms that suit your environment, including Backbase, Kasisto, AWS, and Microsoft where they are the right fit—and recommend against them when they are not.
Yes. We integrate with existing core banking and incumbent platforms when they are part of the workflow, with the controls and boundaries the environment requires.
A named lead, delivery checkpoints, decision tracking, and concise reporting keep the work visible to technical, operational, and executive stakeholders.
